As a Shooting Business owner or organizer there are always going to be risks associated with running your Shooting Range. An online waiver will help protect you if your Shootin Range members do something irresponsible that causes injury or damage to your facility, themselves, or others. It can also help you draw attention to special rules and regulations for your Shooting Range participants (or their parents).
I hereby acknowledge and recognize the existence of these shooting activity risks, and ASSUME THEM AND ALL OTHER RISKS COMPLETELY. I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST Customer Shooting Company, their employees, agents, officers, directors, members, managers, representatives, or independent contractors providing services for Customer Shooting Company ARISING OUT OF AND RELATED TO THE RISKS ENUMERATED ABOVE. I ALSO AGREE THAT I SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS AND TAKE NO ACTION AGAINST Customer Shooting Company, their employees, agents, officers, directors, members, managers, representatives, or independent contractors providing services for Customer Shooting Company, nor the owner of and property leased by Customer Shooting Company, for injury, death, or property damage or loss associated with, related to, or arising from those risks enumerated above or otherwise that occur while I am participating in any stage of a guided shooting trip with Customer Shooting Company. THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY SHALL BE BINDING ON MY HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND ASSIGNS.
