• Participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian understands, acknowledges, and agrees that ice skating is an inherently dangerous and physically demanding activity.
  El participante y/o sus padres o tutores entienden, reconocen y aceptan que el patinaje sobre hielo es una actividad inherentemente peligrosa y físicamente exigente.

• By participating in ice skating or related activities at Winterfest at Fountains at Gateway, the undersigned assumes full responsibility for any risk of injury, property damage, or death that may occur while participating in such activities at this establishment at any time during the 2025–2026 Winterfest season (November 21, 2025 through February 1, 2026).
  Al participar en el patinaje sobre hielo o actividades relacionadas en Winterfest en Fountains at Gateway, el abajo firmante asume la plena responsabilidad por cualquier riesgo de lesión, daño a la propiedad o muerte que pueda ocurrir mientras participa en dichas actividades en este establecimiento en cualquier momento durante la temporada 2025-2026 de Winterfest (del 21 de noviembre de 2025 al 1 de febrero de 2026).

• Participant and/or their parent(s) or guardian hereby waive any and all claims including, but not limited to, bodily injury including death and property damage they may have against Fountains at Gateway and Ice Rink Events, and all sponsors of the ice rink establishment and their subsidiaries, affliliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers arising out of Participant's use of the ice skating rink and all surrounding areas.
  El participante y/o sus padres o tutor renuncian por la presente a cualquier reclamación, incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, lesiones corporales, incluyendo la muerte y daños a la propiedad, que pudieran tener contra Fountains at Gateway and Ice Rink Events, y todos los patrocinadores del establecimiento de la pista de hielo y sus subsidiarias, afiliadas, socios, funcionarios, directores, empleados, agentes y voluntarios que surjan del uso de la pista de patinaje sobre hielo y todas las áreas circundantes por parte del participante.

• Participants and/or their parent(s) or guardians hereby release and hold harmless Fountains at Gateway and Ice Rink Events, and all sponsors of the ice rink establishment and their subsidiaries, affliliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any loss, damage, or expense that the participants or their respective heirs, assigns and legal representatives may suffer as a result of participant's use of the ice skating rink, from any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to, negligence or breach of contract on the part of Fountains at Gateway and Ice Rink Events, and all sponsors of the ice rink establishment, in the operation, supervision, design, maintenance, or condition of the ice surface, or of the ice rink and all surrounding areas.
  Los participantes y/o sus padres o tutores por la presente liberan y eximen de toda responsabilidad a Fountains at Gateway y Ice Rink Events, y a todos los patrocinadores del establecimiento de la pista de hielo y sus subsidiarias, afiliadas, socios, funcionarios, directores, empleados, agentes y voluntarios de cualquier responsabilidad por cualquier pérdida, daño o gasto que los participantes o sus respectivos herederos, cesionarios y representantes legales puedan sufrir como resultado del uso de la pista de patinaje sobre hielo por parte de los participantes, por cualquier causa, incluyendo pero no limitándose a, negligencia o incumplimiento de contrato por parte de Fountains at Gateway y Ice Rink Events, y todos los patrocinadores del establecimiento de la pista de hielo, en la operación, supervisión, diseño, mantenimiento o condición de la superficie de hielo, o de la pista de hielo y todas las áreas circundantes.

• Participant agrees to abide by the "Code of Skater Responsibility", as posted within the ice rink area, for the use of the ice skating rink and will follow the instructions of the operating staff of the rink. Failure to follow these codes of conduct may result in the termination of participant's use of the ice skating rink, the rental ice skates, and the surrounding areas without refund.
  El participante se compromete a cumplir con el "Código de Responsabilidad del Patinador", publicado en la pista de hielo, para el uso de la misma y a seguir las instrucciones del personal. El incumplimiento de este código de conducta puede conllevar la cancelación del uso de la pista, los patines alquilados y las zonas aledañas sin derecho a reembolso.

• Participant permits Fountains at Gateway and Ice Rink Events to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings, or any other records taken while on the ice skating rink premises for publicity, advertising, or any other legitimate purpose.
  El participante autoriza a Fountains at Gateway y a Ice Rink Events a utilizar cualquier fotografía, cinta de vídeo, grabación o cualquier otro registro tomado en las instalaciones de la pista de patinaje sobre hielo para publicidad, promoción o cualquier otro fin legítimo.
