T&L TACTICAL SHOOTING RANGE WAIVER RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Anyone who intends to enter the range whether observing others, shooting their own firearm or shooting a rental firearm must completely fill out this Waiver & Release of Liability form. All information supplied to T&L Tactical will remain confidential and will not be distributed or sold. Information collected is for the sole use and purpose of T&L Tactical.

It is unlawful to use this facility with or for any malicious intent. T&L Tactical reserves the right to deny access, products or services to and immediately remove without refund to any person:

Deemed unsafe or a threat to themselves, others or the facility.
Violates federal, state, county or municipal laws or regulations.
Violates T&L Tactical safety, range rules or unable or unwilling to comply with instructions and/or directions.

RANGE RULES

AMMO & GUN RESTRICTIONS

No aluminum casings, shotgun shells or steel core bullets permitted.
No armor piercing, green-tip, incendiary or tracer ammo permitted.
No muzzle loaders or black powder firearms allowed.
No shotguns or firearms that shoot shotgun shells allowed.
Full Auto IS allowed with proper documentation.

GUN SAFETY RULES

Always keep the gun pointed in a safe direction (down range).
Always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
Always keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.

GENERAL RULES

All guns must be unloaded and cased prior to entering or leaving T&L Tactical.
CCW holders are welcome. Please keep your CCW holstered.
Safe gun handling practices must be used at all times. Unsafe practices should be reported to Range Officer.
Know your target and beyond.
Always wash hands and face with cold water after using the range.
NO ammunition allowed at cleaning stations.
T&L Tactical reserves the right to eject or refuse service to anyone who mishandles a firearm or is a potential danger to the range or its occupants. No refunds will be given.
Shooters are responsible for any and all damage to the range that comes from reckless, negligent or careless shooting of the floor, walls, ceiling or retrieval systems.

RANGE RULES

Follow any and all Range Safety Officer directions.
Presenting/drawing from holster is NOT allowed. Unless you are holstered certified by T&L.
Approved eye and ear protection MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES while on the range.
Anyone may call a CEASE FIRE. If called, stop firing, unload firearm, and place on shooting bench with muzzle pointed down range with action open & magazine removed.
No Eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking while on the range.
Anyone believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be removed from the range. No refunds.
No loaded firearms are allowed on the back tables. Perform a safety check to ensure firearm is unloaded. Then take firearm to firing line.
Should your firearm malfunction, misfire or jam, lay it on the shooting bench with muzzle pointed down range and notify RSO. Do NOT leave the firing line or range with a loaded firearm.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Pregnant or nursing women or children under 12 years old are not allowed on the range.
Hip fire or firing more than one gun at once is strictly forbidden.
Never pass a loaded firearm to another person.
Stay behind the firing line. If you drop something and it falls in front of the firing line, please notify Range Safety Officer. Range officer will call a CEASE FIRE and retrieve the item once the range is safe and secured.
Use only approved targets, no homemade targets or plates.

*I acknowledge and understand that shooting activities are inherently hazardous and involve both known and unanticipated risks that could result in damage or destruction of property and physical or emotional injury including paralysis or death of myself or of other persons. I understand that the use of this range is voluntary and I will use it at my own risk.

*I am 18 years or older & legally able to posses a firearm.

*I know the proper and safe operation & handling of the firearm(s) that I will be using while on the range.

*I understand that I will be held liable for any damage done to the range or range equipment by either myself or my guest(s) regardless of cause.

Terms

This agreement shall remain valid until terms change.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby release T&L Endeavors LLC, T&L Tactical & T&L Investment Group, its agents, employees, members & representatives (collectively “T&L”) from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage arising out of the use by me or any third party, in any way, of the facility, its equipment or firearms, or my firearm. I agree to hold T&L harmless and to indemnify T&L from responsibility for any claims or demand arising out of such use by any third party or me. I agree to hold T&L harmless for damage or destruction caused by me to the range, range equipment, or any property owned by a third party. I agree to be held financially responsible for all claims or demands by any third party who is harmed by my actions while I am at T&L Tactical.

RELEASE OF MINOR'S RIGHTS

I further agree that any minor child 12 years or older that uses the range is engaged in a potentially dangerous activity. I agree that even if T&L uses reasonable care in providing this activity, there is a chance that the child may be seriously injured or killed by participating in this activity because there are certain inherent dangers in this activity that cannot be avoided or eliminated. By signing below, you are giving up the minor’s right and your right to recover from T&L in any lawsuit for any personal injury, including death, to the minor or any property damage that results from the risks that are a natural part of this activity. You have the right to refuse to sign form, and T&L has the right to refuse to let minors participate if you do not sign this form.
