For purposes of this Release, “Property Owner” means the owner, landlord, tenant, lessee, event host, or any party in control of, responsible for, or associated with the premises or location where Liberty City Rage Room activities are conducted, including but not limited to temporary locations, parking lots, private property, commercial properties, event venues, and any off-site or mobile locations.

I agree to the following:

1. I recognize that there are certain inherent and significant risks associated with the activities organized by Liberty City Rage Room. These risks include, but are not limited to, serious bodily injuries or illness caused by smashing glass, plastic, metal, and/or wood items, electronics, and/or furniture, including but not limited to cuts, lacerations, puncture wounds, eye injuries, and other serious bodily injuries. Some of the items used to smash may require physical exertion.

2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury or illness I may sustain in connection with participation in any activities organized by Liberty City Rage Room, whether occurring at a fixed location or at a temporary, mobile, or off-site location.

3. I further agree to release and discharge Liberty City Rage Room, the Property Owner, and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns from any and all liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any injuries I may sustain, including those caused by the negligence of Liberty City Rage Room, the Property Owner, or their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, or agents.

4. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liberty City Rage Room, the Property Owner, and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and assigns from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees and other litigation costs, that may arise out of or relate to my participation in any activity organized by Liberty City Rage Room, whether such activities occur at a permanent location or at a temporary, mobile, or off-site location. This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from injuries caused by the negligence of Liberty City Rage Room, the Property Owner, or their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, or agents.

5. I understand and agree that this Release of Liability Form applies to any and all claims arising from or connected with my participation in activities at or associated with Liberty City Rage Room, including those claims that are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, existing or contingent.

6. I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and to follow any oral instructions or directions given by Liberty City Rage Room or its employees, representatives, or agents.

7. I acknowledge that I have been provided with, or have access to, appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to helmets, face shields, gloves, shoes/boots, and coveralls. I agree to properly wear and use all required protective equipment at all times during participation.

8. I agree to use all tools and equipment including but not limited to bats, golf clubs, sledge hammers, and other objects, only as instructed and understand that misuse may result in removal from the activity without refund.

9. I grant Liberty City Rage Room the irrevocable right to photograph and/or record me during participation and to use such media for promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes without compensation.

10. I certify that I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs that would impair my ability to safely participate. I understand that Liberty City Rage Room reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed impaired.

(ADULT PARTICIPANTS) By selecting "18 Years or Older" above, I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age. I understand that I must sign this Release of Liability before participating in any activity organized by Liberty City Rage Room, and by signing, I acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

(CHILD PARTICIPANTS) By selecting "Under 18 Years" above, I represent and warrant that I am the legal parent or guardian of the child participant. I acknowledge that the child is not permitted to participate in any activity organized by Liberty City Rage Room unless I sign this Release of Liability on their behalf. By signing this agreement, I grant permission for the child to participate, and I agree to assume all risks on behalf of the child. I further agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Liberty City Rage Room and the Property Owner, and their respective owners, officers, employees, representatives, and agents, from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the child’s participation, including those caused by negligence.

I have read and understood this Release of Liability Form, and I am aware that by signing below, I am waiving certain legal rights I may have. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my electronic signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
