I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this RC Vehicle Rental Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") for renting and operating Remote Control (RC) vehicles and using related tracks and facilities provided by RC Arena.

1. Care of Rentals and Tracks:

I understand and accept full responsibility for the proper care, operation, and use of the RC vehicles and tracks provided by RC Arena. I will adhere to all guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by RC Arena and its staff.

2. Liability for Damages to RC Vehicles:

I acknowledge that I will be held liable for any damages caused to RC vehicles during the rental period. The cost of repair or replacement, with a minimum of $50 up to a maximum of approximately $180, will be my responsibility.

3. Liability for Damages to Tracks:

I understand that I will also be held liable for any damages caused to the tracks or facilities provided by RC Arena. I will be responsible for the cost of repair, with a minimum of $50 up to a maximum of approximately $2,500 or more for facility damages.

4. Personal Property:

I acknowledge that if I bring my own personal property or equipment to the premises, including but not limited to RC vehicles, I do so at my own risk. RC Arena is not liable for any damages to my personal property, and I release RC Arena from any liability related to such damages.

5. Assumption of Risk:

I am aware that operating RC vehicles and using the tracks can be a physically demanding and potentially hazardous activity. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in RC vehicle rentals, including but not limited to the risk of injury or damage to property.

6. Release and Indemnification:

I release and discharge RC Arena, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, arising from or related to my participation in RC vehicle rentals.

7. Medical Consent:

In the event of an accident or injury during my participation in RC vehicle rentals, I authorize RC Arena and its staff to seek medical attention and treatment as they deem necessary.

8. Violation of Agreement:

I understand that any violation of this agreement, including but not limited to causing damage to RC vehicles or tracks, failure to follow safety guidelines and instructions, or disruptive behavior that affects the experience of others, may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or immediate expulsion from the RC vehicle rental activity without a refund. RC Arena and its staff reserves the right to take appropriate actions to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.

I have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Waiver and Release of Liability. By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily giving up certain legal rights.
