In order for you and our other clients to have an enjoyable experience, we ask that you read the following and agree to all conditions:

Salt Room Guidelines

• Arrive 15 mins prior to scheduled session to check-in, sign waiver, use restroom etc. No late entry permitted into the salt rooms after the session has started. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• I will remain in full clothing during the salt session/class.

• I will refrain from disrupting others who are relaxing.

• I will not wear perfumes, scented lotions or smell of cigarette smoke.

• If needed, I will use the restroom prior to my session/class. 

• I will not exit the salt rooms, only in an emergency.  If I need to exit a salt room, I will not be permitted to return into the salt room.

• No electronics are permitted into salt rooms.  

• Except for water,  no food or beverages are permitted into salt rooms.      

• Free lockers are provided.  Breathe is not responsible for any personal items.

Halotherapy is 100% natural, and drug free, providing effective long-term relief. It can be used as a complementary treatment to prescribed medications or as a sole treatment. When halotherapy is used as a complementary treatment, it can increase the effectiveness of prescribed medications and decrease the amount subscribed.  Although published studies do indicate that halotherapy has health benefits, Breathe of St George does not claim to be a replacement for medication or any medical treatment of any kind. Only your personal physician or other health professional can best advise you on matters of your health. The research supporting the use of halotherapy was undertaken outside of the USA and has not been filed with the FDA for approval.

I understand that Breathe of St George does not evaluate or diagnose my health and I have received medical clearance from a medical professional prior to engaging in salt halotherapy activities.

I acknowledge I am not suffering with the conditions below and will not be permitted into the Breathe salt rooms unless I have provided written consent from my medical professional. 

I have been advised of the following possible side effects: dry or itchy throat, nasal drip and increased coughing at the beginning of initiating halotherapy treatment. This is a natural part of the cleansing process of the respiratory system, during which the pollution, accumulated over a long time, and now loosened up by the salt, are expelled from even the deepest regions of the lungs. Such side effects should cease with the removal of pollution and pathogens. 

As a client of Breathe of St George, I hereby release Live Well Utah LLC and its directors, officers, employees, agents and professional staff from all actions, causes of actions, suits, claims, liability, damages and demands of any kind, whether direct, indirect, special, exemplary or consequential, including interest therein of Live Well Utah LLC which may occur as a result of any injury including death sustained by myself or others resulting from the receipt of halotherapy.
