Equestrian Waiver and Release Statement for Kings Riding Academy, Located at Great Grace Farm, LLC. 3124 Co Rd 218 Middleburg, Florida:I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, understand that participation in equestrian activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death. In accordance with Florida Statutes §773.01-773.05, I acknowledge that under Florida law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for injury or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation with Kings Riding Academy, located at Great Grace FarmsLLC. 3124 Co. Rd. 218 Middleburg, Florida. 30268. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Middleburg Riding Academy, its owners, instructors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my child or myself while participating in equestrian activities at or sponsored by Kings Riding Academy.I certify that I have read and fully understand this waiver and release statement, and I sign it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. 

If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign below.

Equestrian activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: falls from horses, kicks, bites, unpredictable animal behavior, environmental hazards, and equipment failure. Injuries can be serious and may include broken bones, head injuries, or worse. By signing this waiver, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of your minor child.

Policy Lesson Rate $82.50 per hour Payment Policy • Payment is due through our calendar app Acuity no later than 24 hours before your lesson. • Unpaid lessons are subject to cancellation. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule. • No refunds or make-up lessons for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson. Weather Policy • Lessons continue rain or shine unless the instructor states otherwise. • Rainy day lessons are held inside the barn and will include valuable hands-on learning such as: - Tacking & equipment fitting - Show prep & grooming - Proper braiding techniques - Horsemanship skills and more! Dress Code & Safety • Riders must wear: - Boots with a small heel - Long pants - An ASTM-approved riding helmet (required for all participants) Lesson Expectations • Lessons start promptly at your scheduled time. • If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. • Trainers reserve the right to dismiss any student for lack of attention, failure to listen, or poor attitude. • Respect, safety, and focus are expected at all times. BARN RULES & SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Ensuring a safe and respectful environment

for students, horses, and staff.

1. GENERAL CONDUCT

 ACTIVE SUPERVISION: Children under 12 must be

within arm's reach of an adult at all times unless

mounted in a lesson.

NO CLIMBING OR SWINGING: Gates, fences, and

stall doors are for containment, not play. Stay off all

barn structures.

THE "SLOW & LOW" RULE: Use "indoor voices" and

walking feet. No running, screaming, or sudden

movements that might startle horses.

2. SIBLING & SPECTATOR POLICY

REGISTERED STUDENTS ONLY: Only scheduled

lesson students are permitted in grooming or arena

areas.

DESIGNATED QUIET ZONE: Siblings not in a lesson

must stay in the [Observation Area/Lounge]. Toddlers

must be held or in a stroller when horses are moving.

NO "LOOSE" PLAY: Children are strictly forbidden

from running or playing in areas where horses are

turned out or being led.

3. SAFETY & GEAR

CLOSED-TOE SHOES: Everyone (including non-

riding parents and siblings) must wear sturdy,

closed-toe shoes on property.

DO NOT FEED: Do not give treats or snacks to

horses without instructor permission. (Protects

fingers and diet).

4 ACCOUNTABILITY

TWO-STRIKE POLICY: To ensure the safety of our

animals and students, families unable to maintain

control of non-riding children will be asked to

leave and may forfeit lesson slots.
