Waiver Online System

For all students:

  • Your online waiver must be submitted by August 15, 2009 to eliminate the insurance charge from your student account.
  • If you did not attend full time in the fall semester and you return in spring semester as a full time student, you must waive at that time.
  • This online waiver system will accept only one decision. If you decide to enroll in the Student Health Insurance Plan after using this system to waive, you must contact the plan administrator, Niagara National, Inc. at 1-800-444-5530.
  • If you are trying to use this online waiver system after August 15, 2009, please call Niagara National at 1-800-444-5530.
